  15. Provide 1 of Capsicum cubed.
  16. Provide 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  17. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  18. You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  19. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam Masala.
  20. You need 1 tsp of kasuri methi.
  21. You need to taste of Salt.
  22. Take of gravy.
  23. Prepare 200 gm of paneer.
  24. You need 1/4 cup of water.

Instructions to make Instant Punjabi Gravy:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. add roughly chopped onions to it. Add black elaichi to it. Cook it until light brown in colour. Now add ginger, garlic and green Chilli paste. Mix well. Now cook for another 5 minutes. Now add roughly chopped tomatoes to It. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft. Now add kasuri methi to it. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.   2. Now in a mixer jar, grind the onion - tomato mixture to a smooth paste adding half cup of water. Now strain the gravy through a strainer to make it smooth. The instant gravy is ready..
  3. To make paneer sabzi from the same gravy, heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, clove and bay leaf to it. Now add cubed onion and capsicum to it. Saute for a minute. Don't overcook the vegetables. Now add all the dry spices to it and mix well. Now add Punjabi gravy to it and mix well. Add quarter cup of water. You can add fresh cream to this stage if you want. Now add paneer cubes to it and mix well. Serve hot with roti or rice..
